Since you indicated your willingness to pay for designing a header graphic for your blog, here's the deal.
I will design a header graphic to your specifications if you will place the graphic I sent you in your header. It must remain there for 3 days, or upon delivery of said graphic, whichever occurs first. You must also post to your blog, acknowledging my header design.
Do those 2 things, and I will design your header graphic.
